The Economist’s Innovation Summit comes to Berlin for the first time on June 29th!
Innovation. A word now embedded into all business vocabulary. Startups grab the headlines, but it’s often incumbents who spearhead new products, processes and trends. With customer loyalty, big data on hand, established brand and bigger budgets, these companies often have the power to influence and disrupt not just their own sector but the broader market too.
The Economist Events’ Innovation Summit will consider how businesses can leverage new technologies to improve their models and strategy. It will be an opportunity for established businesses who want to define or improve their innovation strategy: to learn from those who have done it successfully, while examining what lessons the world’s great innovators can offer Europe, and what ideas and insights the region can share in return. Participants at the conference will be a diverse group of C-suite executives and business leaders keen to develop their own innovation practices and learn from those who have achieved real-world success in innovating to drive profits and contribute to global economic growth.
How can Europe stay ahead of the innovation game? How are senior executives adapting their strategies? How do companies embrace approaches that carry high risk but a high potential return? What should governments do to help businesses to thrive in future? How can multiple hotspots and innovation clusters operating in silos be turned into a robust network of disruptors? Who is the next generation of innovators?
On June 29th 2017 in Berlin, The Economist Events’ Innovation Summit will come to Berlin for the first time. Now in its 7th year, the event will gather editors from The Economist and more than 200 senior business executives, policymakers, entrepreneurs and thinkers to uncover the opportunities and challenges of today’s data-driven marketplace and strategies for successful digital transformation.
